About Our Delivery Service

Kelmscott Flowers provides premium same-day flower delivery throughout Kelmscott, WA and surrounding suburbs within the City of Armadale. Our commitment is to deliver fresh, hand-crafted bouquets on time and in perfect condition. We serve residential homes, businesses, hospitals, and special event venues across the local area.

Our delivery service operates Monday to Saturday. All flowers are prepared fresh on the day of delivery using seasonal blooms sourced from local Perth growers and flower markets to ensure maximum freshness and longevity.

Same-Day Delivery Zones

Kelmscott Flowers provides same-day flower delivery to the following suburbs and areas:

For deliveries to suburbs outside these areas or further across Perth, please contact us directly on 0468 309 336 to confirm availability and delivery fees. We will do our best to accommodate requests outside our standard zone.

Delivery Costs & Fees

The $15 AUD flat delivery fee applies regardless of:

• Bouquet size or arrangement complexity
• Bouquet value or price point
• Day of week (Monday–Saturday)
• Number of add-on gifts (chocolates, balloons, etc.)
• Delivery location within our service zone

For deliveries outside our standard zone, a surcharge may apply. Contact us for a quote on areas beyond Kelmscott and immediate suburbs.

Same-Day Delivery Cut-Off Times

Orders placed after 4:00 PM (Monday–Saturday) or on Sundays and public holidays will be processed and delivered on the next available business day. For urgent requests outside standard hours, please call us on 0468 309 336 and we will do our best to assist.

Delivery Process & Timeframes

Residential Deliveries (Kelmscott area): Typically delivered between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM on the day ordered (if placed before 4:00 PM). We cannot guarantee specific delivery times but will contact the recipient to arrange a suitable time when possible.

Business Deliveries: Typically delivered between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM on the day ordered (if placed before 4:00 PM). We will deliver during standard business hours to ensure someone is available to receive the flowers.

Hospital Deliveries (Armadale Health Service): We deliver daily to Armadale Hospital. Please provide the patient’s full name and ward number. Deliveries are made to the main reception desk where staff will deliver to the patient’s room. Note: Flowers may not be permitted in ICU (Intensive Care Units); we recommend sending a plant or gift hamper instead.

Scheduled Future Deliveries: Flowers ordered for future dates (birthdays, anniversaries, special events) will be delivered on the specified date between the standard delivery windows. We recommend scheduling deliveries at least 1–2 business days in advance.

What Happens If No One’s Home?

If the recipient is not home at the time of delivery, our driver will:

• Leave flowers in a safe, shaded location (porch, verandah) to keep them fresh
• Attempt to contact the recipient by phone before leaving the flowers
• Leave a delivery notice with instructions

To minimize this situation: Please add delivery instructions during checkout. Let us know if you have a gate code, prefer flowers left at the back door, with a neighbour, or have other special instructions. The more details you provide, the better we can ensure smooth delivery.

Special Delivery Instructions

When placing your flower order, you can add special instructions for our delivery team, such as:

• Gate codes for gated properties
• Preferred delivery location (front door, back porch, side entrance)
• Whether to leave flowers with a neighbour if no one is home
• Do Not Disturb requests
• Business vs. residential delivery notes
• Recipient phone number or alternate contact
• Allergies or specific placement requests

International & Regional Delivery

Kelmscott Flowers primarily serves the Kelmscott, Armadale, and surrounding Perth suburbs. For deliveries to other parts of Western Australia or interstate, we may be able to assist through partner florists. Please contact us with your specific requirements.

For international flower delivery, we recommend using international florist networks. Please contact us for recommendations suitable for New Zealand, USA, UK, and other destinations worldwide.

Delivery Guarantees

Kelmscott Flowers guarantees that all flowers will be delivered fresh and in excellent condition. We hand-craft every arrangement on the day of delivery using fresh, seasonal blooms from local growers. If flowers arrive damaged, wilted, or not as expected, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement delivery or full refund at no extra cost.

Please note: While we do our best to meet all delivery requests, delivery times cannot be guaranteed to the exact minute. We work to standard windows (morning, afternoon, evening) and will contact recipients when possible to arrange specific times.
